To our valued members of HelpDesk BC:

As a current or past member we want you to be aware of the status of HelpDesk BC.

HelpDesk BC is a volunteer-managed, member driven professional organization that has been active and vital for 20+ years. Over the past couple of years, membership and meeting attendance has been declining. It is time for a hiatus.

Our one year hiatus will allow us to plan and provide an opportunity for members like yourself, to become the new and revitalized executive team, with transitional support from the departing executive group. The coming year will also include three networking events to provide an opportunity to meet face to face again, to review possible strategies, to formulate a going-forward plan, and to explore ideas in assembling a new and dynamic executive team. The events will be hosted by organisations within walking distance of a Skytrain station, will be held during a weekday from 4 to 6pm, and for a very nominal fee.

Please watch for further announcements.

We look forward to sharing the excitement!

Best regards,
Your HelpDesk BC executive team.
