HelpDesk BC has now finished the September 2007 – June 2008 seminar series and we have had another successful season of learning and networking together. HelpDesk BC members have increased their knowledge of cybercrime and identify theft, using their call tracking system to its best advantage, case studies in SLAs & OLAs development, knowledge transfer and so much more !

HDI recently held their annual conference in Dallas , TX . This event gathered thousands of IT Service and Support professionals from around the world and presented over 100 seminars, training courses and certifications. The conference provided a forum for new learning, new growth and new opportunities. It is a “must-do” event for all IT Service and Support professionals. In addition to the regular monthly seminars, HelpDesk BC will be participating in HDI 's “Analyst of the Year” award program to recognize and reward your “star performers”. The nominations have been announced and nomination forms are now available on this site. Our November meeting will be a celebration and winner announcement.
